happy turkey day, everyone :) mine was good, as always... spent down in OC with all my cousins. i got to see them last weekend too, so it was double the fun :) i always love seeing them. i'm sure i go off about my family everytime i come back, but we always have such a good time. we even got through the sports and games extravaganza without too much confrontation (although the other team wasn't so happy about southernplayalistic cadillacfunkymuzik, taylor's outkast song title contribution). brittany's team won in the finals of her soccer tournament, and brit won player of the tournament honors. go brit! we had another lazy dog cafe outing, but i was so full from all the turkey and other food that i didn't eat much. also got to see anu again, which was good as well :) he's fun to tease (but also fun to hang out with :)). not sure when i'll see him again next, but hopefully it's sooner rather than later.

all in all, the drive wasn't terrible either... we left earlier than usual both on wednesday and today, so it took about 7.5 hours each time (as opposed to 9 or 10, which has happened in the past). meh, full week this week. bummer. the countdown to winter vacation begins!
