it's a 99.99% certainty that heather is going to be sent to biloxi/new orleans to mitigate for hurricane damage in home depots in those areas. she (and others) are going to help protect the assets of stores, as well as be prepared to provide emergency relief supplies as needed. with the amount of looting that is going on, HD is pulling in all the resources they can-- especially since the national guard isn't available to help. one must wonder how international disputes take precedence over domestic emergencies... i'm extremely disillusioned by the way things like that continue to happen here.

when was the last time we had such a devastating hurricane in this country? i know we've had a few that have been pretty bad, but mostly they've tended to stay pretty coastal. this one seems worse because of the expanse of land it has already decimated...
