woo hoo, half day today! i don't think i'll actually be able to get out of here at the halfway mark, but at least i can leave a bit early. teddie has today off (for good friday), which i think is funny. he doesn't get christmas eve, he doesn't get the day after thanksgiving, but he gets good friday. good figure. ken fisher must be a religious man, i guess. the unfortunate thing is that i'll be needing to use my half-day off to clean out the old apartment, do the walk-through, pack for this weekend, and other non-day-off activities. oh well. i'm taking monday off to spend a little more time with the cousins in so. cal, so i guess that sort of makes up for it.
beginning to transfer projects over to lora, our new project staffer (previously the intern). that'll be nice, since my project load has been growing rapidly with denver projects, claire's projects, etc. i'll also be getting rebecca's projects soon (plus PGSI?!), so i need to clear up my project load a bit and open up some of my time. heh, good luck with that one, but at least i can try.
earthquakes game tomorrow! yay! i'm so excited. i love soccer season... i love football season too, but i rarely can afford to go to those games, so soccer season is where it's at. tomorrow's doubleheader with the cyberrays promises to be fun, too. and our beloved jimmy conrad, sadly traded away to the kansas city wiz, will be on the pitch at spartan stadium tomorrow as well. too bad he won't be wearing earthquakes' blue...
i need a weekend. a long one. or a vacation. too bad i don't get one until the end of may. i need to plan another one after that so i have vacation time to continue to look forward to. anyone else on burn-out?
