i am having severe issues of oscillating productiveness. i was exceedingly productive yesterday (even stayed late!), and today i feel like everything is taking ages to get through. yesterday was river rapid water, today is marshy mud. meh.

two cool self-promotional things though (i'd apologize for my blatant lack of modesty, but this is my blog so tough cookies! ;)):
(1) i designed a logo for my concert choir, and last night they selected mine as the one they wanted! (yes, it was only out of three designs, but still...)
(2) i got re-rocked today at work, in recognition of all my tech support work in the last couple of months. (re-rocked, as in "the you-rock award," complete with its own, uh, rock.) they can't give us straight-up cash anymore because of tax issues, but i got $100 in gap gift cards. i'll hopefully find something to do with that...

zan is leaving in a few weeks! :( another intern bites the dust... he's a pretty good one, too, i'd hoped we would hire him fulltime when the opportunity arose.

blast from the past today... i'm not sure how i feel about it, though...
