pd update

h is going through the background packet for a local pd! very exciting and promising, especially since this is the first part of the process for which the pd has to commit a level of time and money to conduct. not to make any assumptions, of course, but why would they commit the time and money if they didn't have a good level of interest in her? so, wish her luck!
